How to Access Your Email

Before Logging in. We need to remove the saved cache on the browser.

Clear the Cache

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Signing In

1.Type in mail.mataram.vip on the address bar and hit enter. You will be redirected to this page.

2. Enter the email address and password and click Sign-In.

3. Once You have log-in successfully, you can see this page:

Clearing Cache and Cookies

1.Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.

2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click Manage Website Data.

3. Click the button Remove All. 

4. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.

Signing In

1. Type in mail.mataram.vip on the address bar and hit enter. You will be redirected to this page.

2. Enter the email address and password and click Sign-In

3. Once You have log-in successfully, you can see this page:

Q. I can only see “Note : Cookie is disabled in your browser. Please enable the cookie to continue.” Instead of login page.

A. You need to enable Cookies on your browser or uncheck the Prevent Cross site tracking. To Uncheck the Prevent Cross Site Tracking.

1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.

2. Go to the Privacy Tab and uncheck the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking checkbox.

 

For Safari Mobile,

  1. Go to Settings > Safari. Make sure that the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is Off.
